used to be bed ridden. My mother had tough time with two of her heart valves damaged and acute asthma before her death (A.D. 1970). Seeing my strong and wonderful mother in such a vulnerable state was terrifying for all of us. She stayed brave through her last days, however, leaving behind seven children at such vulnerable ages was heart breaking for her........
