e-Governance is the key to the “Good Governance” for the developing countries like Nepal to minimize corruption, provides efficient and effective or quality services to their citizens. In today’s world the development of any country depends on the uses of E-Governance and also their penetration. From urban states to rural areas and from politics to teaching-Governance has spread its root everywhere. Either its public or private sector, common man or businessman all is largely dependent on e-governance. Nepal needs to share learning experiences with regional and global players.
Promoting Good Governance
After my parents passed away my close relatives were acting as little mothers . The care they were giving used to be also painful, especially for us the six sisters. They got married at the age of six, some at the age of nine and some at twelve and grew up in a very closed conservative environment and the social norms strictly prohibited for girls and women going out of the house and education was banned. Our minimothers who were born in a cage always preached flying was an illness. They were all the time fed with god fearing stories based in illusionary concepts. They tried to control us and others in their own way, protecting women and girls in a conservative way.
