1990s: Laying the Digital Foundations
● Founded one of Nepal’s earliest software companies (1991), pioneering digital literacy
and taught Electronics and computer Engineering for 35 years in IOE Pulchowl.
● Advocated for the integration of computer science education in public institutions during
a time of limited awareness and infrastructure.

2000s: Championing Tech-Enabled Learning
● advocating for Collaboration with engineering and medical institutions (IOE, IOM) to promote
cross-disciplinary education models.
● Initiated early coding and robotics workshops for high school students, particularly
targeting girls in STEAM.

2010s: Promoting Inclusive, Ethical, and Experiential Education
● Launched advocacy efforts to bridge the digital divide in rural communities through
mobile learning units and teacher training.
● Led efforts to incorporate ethical reasoning, environmental awareness, and gender
sensitivity into STEAM curriculum models.
● Worked with community schools to pilot experiential learning modules blending science,
local culture, and real-world problem-solving.

2020s: AI, Ethics, and Empowered Education
● Spearheaded the “Transforming Nepal with Ethical AI & Empowered Education”
campaign to integrate AI literacy into the national education strategy.
● Advocated digital literacy hubs and training programs for teachers and students in rural
areas.
● Advocated for AI-powered tools for personalized learning, encouraging
self-paced, curiosity-driven education for youth.
● Supported creation of intergenerational learning spaces, where youth, elders, and
educators exchange knowledge across disciplines and experiences.
