Human Capital Acceleration

Human Capital Acceleration and Technology adoption

Human Capital Development(HRD) of Nepal or  Human Resources Disaster in Nepal? Technology is now available to make the governance system more functional, however, there is a lack of investment in the education sector in Nepal for generating true human resources.

Why all Bhuddhist countries of the world flourished and Nepal remained so poor throughout? Is it because of Pashupatinath. Our innocent people were fooled and cheated throughout many generations by Brahmanbads and we are continuing to suffer even now and will continue to suffer in future too under them.
Leaders of Nepal who are mostly descendants of older generations specially from the community whose ancestors came from a community who practiced looting the general public by brainwashing them into god fearing rituals are the type of people who have honey effect and they are venomous. They are the worst kind of people. For generations Nepal continued to be ruled by such crooks and we continue to call them leaders of Nepal. They are the worst kind of people. For generations Nepal continued to be ruled by such crooks and people are brainwashed to call them leaders of Nepal. One elderly senior citizen said among the ruling community few good ones always got eliminated.  Those who succeeded in eliminating  good ones always became more powerful and they were the ones who wrote history and ruled.

The Cultural Capital, Human Capital and Social Capital were high before the Malla Dynasty. Senior elderly citizens of today say the people before the Malla dynasty have left behind stone slabs containing the details of the functioning governance systems and the behavior science of the people. While teaching management theory people of Japan quote examples of such carved writings of Nepal on stone slabs. In The West Indies countries schools children are taught about Nepal as a living museum of the world while discussing skills on craft and heritage. The emperor of China handed over the  daughter from the royal family to Arniko, an artist and  Architect of Nepal.

The Malla Dynasty was the ruling dynasty of the Kathmandu valley in Nepal from 1201 to 1779. They were a Raghuvanshi Licchvi Kshatriya dynasty who traced their lineage from Nanyadeva, the founder of the Karnatak of Mithila. The term malla means wrestler in Sanskrit. The first of the Malla kings came to power in Kathmandu Valley around A.D. 1200. The Malla period was one that stretched over 600 years. During this period maximum Buddhist heritage were destroyed and replaced by Hindu gods and people were forced to convert to Hindu religion. Historians of India have maintained a good record of such past evidence based on archaeological facts of India and Nepal. The students of History departments of universities of Nepal should involve renowned historians of India to capture true facts if they want to get a true academic degree from the history department of universities of nepal. The history faculty members of universities of Nepal have only shallow knowledge being coached on books of Nepal which lack historical evidence. Lot of research materials are available on the internet.  (Ph.D Thesis ) is available in libraries of India written by Prof. Gopal Singh Nepali, Ph.D  Thesis, BHU. on important historical background on people of Kathamandu Valley. All the historical documents of Nepal were written mostly based on fake facts by these people. They always made sure that true facts disappeared from the minds of people. There is a saying that " history is written by sword". People specially from rural areas allow such crooks to rule over the general public and such society will continue to suffer.

The concept of using  "भय,भाग्य र भगवान"  as tools for fooling innocent masses in Nepal was introduced after Malla kings  captured the Kathmandu valley? Public were were kept in fear by forcing them to learn all god fearing stories instead of giving them education.

People like Marie and Irène Curie in 1925 emerged as an extraordinary mother-daughter team of scientists. Marie received two Nobel Prizes: Physics in 1903 and Chemistry in 1911; Irène( her daughter ) received a Nobel in Chemistry in 1935. Albert Einstein {14 March 1879 – 18 April 1955) was a German-born widely acknowledged to be one of the greatest physicists of all time.

What was the situation of academic service delivery of Nepal during those days early 1900s in Nepal while people in developed nations were busy with scientific discoveries? Elderly senior citizens of Nepal informed about their experiences of struggles and harrashments received through Manubads while trying to  access school education for the general masses during their childhood days. They said expressing their feelings publicly for their wishes  to be educated used to be risky even during early A. D. 1950s. Some of the ladies said the vast majority of them used to be punished for carrying pen, pencil and books openly on the road in the late 1940s and early 1950s. Who were the people who discouraged education for the vast majority of Nepalese society for so many generations?

The community who designed such a model knew that education is the most powerful weapon which can be used to change society. They are always in society to be busy with blind god fearing rituals  making crooks to rule easier over the ignorant masses. They didn't want to lose their grip over this ignorant society and continued blocking access to education.
Those who discouraged citizens from taking access to education were found mostly using public tax's money  to study Shastra in Banaras during those days. There were good and honest local leaders who were " light and models of the society" and delivered true services in Nepal, however, their good performance records were wiped out by crooks who ruled this nation in the past. The current historical records in books have large % of contents filled with fake information written by people who practiced Manubad. These are the types of the comments received from the vast majority of elderly citizens of Nepal as per the survey done in the Kathmandu valley. Should the new generation be allowed to continue reading such fake books? Shouldn't new generations tap details of hidden  historical records about  genuine leaders of the past from elderly citizens before they faded away from this earth and maintain digital archives of sacrifices of such past honest leaders. They should record minute details of how much they suffered under the rule of crook politicians of the past.

Literacy is at the core of SDG4. ...Non-Literate people are disproportionately affected by the COVID- 19 crisis. ...Tackling the root causes of educational marginalisation.
It is very important that the current generation youth should look at the high Cultural Capital, Human Capital and Social Capital of local people before the Malla dynasty. Those who don't know history won't be able to improve the present. Current generation will be able to describe a way that a past historical event could inform their understanding of the recent event.

Harnessing Technology to Build Human Capital in Nepal:

Data is increasingly at the heart of the converging technology revolution and is especially important in its application to human capital. How can Nepal capitalize on Converging Technology to accelerate its development of human capital and promote adaptability and resilience to future shocks like Covid 19 pandemic.? Great insights in this new  Trust Converging Technology has the potential to build and protect Nepal’s human capital through improved service delivery; create jobs and innovation; and empower Human Capital through inclusion and trust.

Today very valuable information is available on YouTube( example of natural disasters responses, technology and solutions - like disaster handling etc  however our very unfortunate youth and the rest from information access poor areas of Nepal cannot take benefit from lectures of such world experts which are available with the click of a button on the mobile they are holding.

Why can't we celebrate  the theme “Literacy for a human-centered recovery: Narrowing the digital divide” instead of rituals like Teej and Rishi Panchami which promote the concept of women being born through the lower area of foot.
