Harnessing Technology to Build Human Capital in Nepal
Human Capital Development (HCD) of Nepal or Human Capital Disaster Development(HCDD) in Nepal?
Technology is now available to make governance system more functional, however, there is lack of investment in education sector in Nepal for generating true human resources. Human capital Acceleration in Nepal has become urgent in Nepal for creating good ecosystem for development of Nepal. This ecosystem can't take place unless we learn to analyze the historical evolution of resistance to Human Capital Development of past.
Human capital development in Japan starts from young age: (For reference
Why the Human Capital is also poor among Nepalese communities ?
Why wasn't Indian parliament decorated with 33crore Devi Devatas instead of Ashoka Stumba?
Manubadis (Manusmriti system practitioners) destroyed old Buddhist heritage centers of Nepal and India. These internationally valuable products on Buddhists art and culture, if they had been protected from Manubadis from being destroyed and sustained throughout, would have fed all mouths of Nepalese citizens through the tourism industry. Tourism industry of the world looks out for "OLD IS GOLD" products of Buddhist heritage not the products which have been replaced by Hondu gods. Tourists believe more in philosophy on Buddhism , not on Hindu religion which lacks archeological evidence and not on Hindu gods which are based on illusion. The book stalls meant for tourists in Nepal are filled with books on Buddhism not on Hinduism. In global scenario Articles / videos on Buddhism uploaded in internet get huge amount of views.
As per the information received from elderly senior citizens in the survey, Manubadis destroyed Intellectual capital, Cultural capital, Human capital and Social capital of Nepal. People should read old historical documents of Nepal on these issues written by other countries available in Internet. Historians of Nepal should work on such documents and present such historical facts to new generation youth forces in order to create better Human capital.
As per the survey done among elderly senior citizens in Kathamandu valley, people have reported the nature of some of those Manubadis had mostly "Honey" and "Venom" quality. People reported that some such aspect of Nepalese society was really bad. They need to be improved. The available historical books of Nepal are written mostly by Manubadis who destroyed true evidences and wrote books with lot of fake information in the past. If nation is making students read such fake materials then Nepal is generating poor Human capital.
Buddhism was abolished under the conspiracy of Hindu priests of India and Nepal.
Our innocent people were fooled and cheated throughout many generations by Manubadis (Manusmriti) and we are continuing to suffer even now and will continue to suffer in future too under them. Leaders of Nepal very unfortunately have been mostly descendants of Manubadies. Their ancestors came from greedy community who practiced earning from general public by brainwashing public and engaging them into God fearing rituals so that these Manubadies could earn their living from such rituals. They were the type of people who practiced " honey " and "venom". They were the worst kind of people. For generations Nepal continued to be ruled by such crooks and people were brain washed to accept them leaders of Nepal. Some elderly senior citizens said among such ruling community some few good ones existed too, however, they got eliminated by evil leaders. Those evil ones who got victory over good ones always emerged more powerful. These evil ones were the ones who wrote history of Nepal and ruled the nation. Most of the ignorant citizens don't know that the truth always wins, however, liers get the turn first. By the time citizens come to know the truth the damage has already taken place. Learning lessons are not recorded. The historical records of Nepal highlighted in books have large % of contents with fake information written. Such text books in the universities does more damage to the society and should be rewritten. This is the comment received from vast majority of elderly citizens of Nepal and intellectuals as per the survey.
To realize this truth, one will have to forget for the time being the history one is taught at school. Because it is that history, drilled into our heads from the time you were children, and constantly renewed by national festivals and ceremonies, the speeches of our leaders, and novels, films, and television serials, that make it seem obvious to us that our nation is ancient. Should new generation be allowed to continue reading such fake books? People are fed with fake information in order to generate false knowlege. General citizens are not aware that a false knowledge can be more dangerous than ignorance. But this is merely a conventional idea, so called a Samskār. People take it for granted because everyone says it is so. In actual fact, it is not true.
Shouldn't new generations tap some details of true historical records of genuine leaders of the past from elderly citizens before they faded away from this earth and maintain digital archives of records of sacrifices of such past honest leaders. They should record details experiences of how much they suffered under the rule of evil leaders of the past. These evil people also made sure that true facts disappeared from the minds of people. Without understanding the inner details of a person' s historical facts how will the person be able to workout detail plans for the current and future? These Manubadis were very successful in wiping out the true evidence based history. There is a saying that " history is written by sword". People specially from rural areas are still allowing such crooks to rule over general public. Such society will continue to suffer and will continue to remain poor.
Comparative analysis:
"भय,भाग्य र भगवान"
Tools for fooling innocent mass in Nepal? The suppressed mass were brainwashed to believe in god fearing rituals instead of filling their brain with science and education in the past.
How must have been situations of women of ancient days doing when temples like Khajurao (For reference
https://youtu.be/ZvMn7xvdExg ) were built. There is supposed to be about 84 temples of that kind in that country. Some of them vanished due to lack of maintanance. These temples contain Vishinu and Shiva Bhagwan. These gods must have been providing grand education to the women folks of those days when no schools existed. As per the survey done Senior elderly citizens reported that they used to hear screeming of women being raped at different isolated lications during the evening hours of Kathmandu valley. Education for girls going to schools used to be risky even during A.D. 1950s except for few girls coming from specially privileged families. This the one of the main reasons why vast majority of grand mothers of Nepal are totally illiterate. They are able to internalize the important issues relating the disaster response during critical timings like earthquake, landslides, flood and pandamic period. All they understand is the God fearing stories told by Manubadis and offering DAAN to them. This is the report of the survey done among senior elderly citizens of valley.
No wonder Swastani book (For reference
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Swasthani ) has such filthy story of examples like seventy year old man marrying seven year old child etc etc. No wonder India and Nepal are still known as the countries where rape cases can never be solved. Why are women dancing around flashing around Chura, red saree and Tilari on Rishipanchami day. Manu Smriti says women are born from the foot.?
Vs
Human resource development of developed countries during earlier generations:
Marie and Irène Curie in 1925: an extraordinary mother-daughter team of scientists. Marie received two Nobel Prizes: Physics in 1903 and Chemistry in 1911; Irène( her daughter ) received a Nobel in Chemistry in 1935.
What was the situation of academic service delivery of Nepal during those days early A.D ruled by Manubadis in 1900s in Nepal while people of developed countries were busy with science, technology and innovations? Elderly senior citizens of these days of Nepal informed that accessing school education for general mass used to be risky even during early 1950s except for few families. Some of the ladies said vast majority of them used to be punished for carrying pen, pencil and books openly on the road in even late A. D. 1940s and early 1950s. Who were the people who discouraged education for vast majority of Nepalese society for so many generations then ? Youth of today should extract, maintain, archive and share the learning lessons from experiences of senior elderly citizens for passing on the lessons learnt to current and future generations. The children and grand children should create the digital copy of the details of such incidences from their grand parents and great grand parents before the contents of their brain fades away. Example : Recording about Dharma Ratna Yami Part 1

Those who discouraged citizens from accessing education were found mostly enjoying public tax payers' money to study Shastra in Banaras during those days. For reference:
There were some good and honest leaders in the past who were " light and models of the society" and delivered true services in Nepal, however, their good performance records were wiped out by crooks who ruled this nation in the past.
Today very valuable information is available in YouTube( example of natural disaster responses, technology and solutions - For reference:

were big victim of Manubads too. They both were the great revolutionary figures and their contributions for the nation were kept hidden in the history by autocratic and reactionary forces guided by Manubadis.
These Manubads banned my father's popular books.
Late Dharma Ratna Yami (
https://www.facebook.com/PoliticianDharmaRatnaYami/ and
https://www.timilayamithapa.com/blogs/view/61.html ) wrote a book called Hamro Rastriyta (1950s) through which he used to advocate for need of promoting Pahichan Sahit ko Human Capital Development System ( HCDS ) for sustainable functioning of good governance system in the country. He also promoted the concept of secularism. He promoted the concept of radical social transformation and secularism. He had to face lot of threats from Manubadis ( Manusmriti (
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Manusmriti) practitioners) then. For the first time in the history of Nepal father and mother Heera Devi Yami managed to open a school for Dalits called Adarsha Ajad Rastriya Prathmik School in B. S. 2014 after a lot of struggle (Reference: published article by Late Nani Bahadur Khadgi, Smriti Grantha , Dharma Ratna Yami B. S. 2046 ) at Bhaktapur.
Caste system which has been prevalent in Nepal for centuries, was first mentioned in Mulki Ain of 1854, which divided certain sects of the people under different castes and created a hierarchy among them, detailing activities was permitted or barred from doing, and punishment for breaching the code. Even though it was abolished in 1962 , the system is in practice despite various campaigns specially in country's remote areas.
Role of Late Dharma Ratna Yami - Dalit Social movement in Nepal.
Please read how Krishna Prasad Bhattrai rejected the proposal of Dharma Rana Yami in the Ministry of Parliament.
"...session, Minister of parliament (MP) Dharma Ratna Yami put forward a proposal that laws pertaining to castes and ethnicity should be removed, Krishna Prasad Bhattrai declared that such a proposal was not "topical and relevant " and dismissed the proposal - Yakha Rai 1996 "
Heera Devi Yami ( For reference
http://www.dharmaheera.com/all-stories ) used to hide children and teach even before 1950. She used to get threatening calls for secretly teaching children. Even the parents of the children used to get troubled for secretly sending children to anyone's residences for learning. Jagat Lal master too used to face difficulties while teaching children secretly during earlier phase of his teaching career. ( For reference:
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jagat_Lal_Master ). There used to be rule that the guardian were required to submit written application to the government for getting official permission if the child had to be educated. Public then used to be so terrorized that they dared not to step out of their residences for initiating such a process. This is the reason why vast majority of elderly citizens of Nepal today are not educated. Youth of today should capture experiences of great grandparents and understand the situation of education of suppressed society of earlier generations. The policy of those days used to be engaging the brains of suppressed society with unproductive god fearing rituals ( "भय,भाग्य र भगवान" ) so that ruling over ignorant mass was easier and long lasting. They were also taught "भय,भाग्य र भगवान" through various scary stories so that public brains are filled with fear all the time and suppressing them becomes easier. The community who designed this model of blocking education for general public knew that education is the most powerful weapon which can be used transforming society. They didn't want to lose their grip over this ignorant society and continued blocking the access to education.
AS per the survey done senior elderly citizens reported about Heera Devi : Such a great personality - her absolutely fearless eyes and style of talk. What a strong woman and a remarkable human being, we hoped she had lived longer. She was braver than most of the Nepalese underground special forces who who fought against rulers then. We are glad that that the Nepalese women are standing up for themselves and digging out about details of real brave women who were sidelined by Manubadis to get the credit. This shows how much they have upgraded themselves. This is an example of situation transforming people. They were genuine, patriotic freedom fighters. These brave Nepalese lady citizens must be upgraded at any cost."
This reminds me about what terror time people of Nepal went during AD 1930s and 1940s in Nepal. Senior citizens of Nepal said Heera Devi Yami (
https://www.facebook.com/HeeraDeviYami/?ref=pages_you_manage ) faced the maximum risks along carrying her two tiny children Dharma Devi and Vidhan, fighting through all the suppressions by the ruling party. Senior citizens recalled the danger of women including young girls peeping out of windows for the fear of being whisked away in heat of Kathmandu city. During the riskiest times non of the so called women leaders, whose books have appeared in the market , were reported seen on the road protesting against ruler then. Manubadies ( Manusmriti manuscript practitioners) made sure that evidences of real facts of the sacrifices of true women fighters during that dangerous period were wiped out and fake ones took over and wrote history taking the credit of that movement later. Most of the ignorant citizens don't know that the truth always wins, however, liers get the turn first.
Painful and unfair things happen to everyone. Heera Devi didn't brood on it. Instead, she used them to learn and grow. She was a true example of a soul that carried empathy and was is a soul that had survived enormous pain. Ever since Corona pandemic broke out in the world, there have been loads of comments on negativity & positivity. It appears that all are trying to teach people the basic Algebra. Human mind is a very complex mechanism. It does not function as per one's choice or selection. I personally feel that none of the persons propagating such borrowed quotes have ever actually experienced mental trauma in their lives. It is disgusting to read such quotes time & again in social medias. They must meet such patients who are actually facing mental problems & undergoing treatment of numerous psychiatrists. They will have a better knowledge then how difficult it is even for qualified doctors to cure mental depression! Personalities like Heera Devi Yami should be born in every localities to solve people's problems.
Goodness is about character- integrity, honesty, kindness, generosity, moral, courage, and the like which evolved out of extreme sufferings people like Heera Devi Yami went through since the time she lost mother from the age of seven. Life expectancy specially of women used to be low during her time. Her mother died young. She understood what sufferings mean from her early childhood days. More than anything else, she learnt to understand how people treat other people. Elderly senior citizens who knew her described the sufferings she went through during B. S. 1997 - 2007 period the cover report on her details.
