Nepal needs to encourage concerned stakeholders who takes initiatives to promote that right education should be an optimum mix of theory and practice which should enable the student to ‘fit-in’ the professional framework soon as he/she joins the industry after graduation.
Internship programs are conceived to bridge this grave gap between theory and practice. This will not only improve student performance and industry acceptance but will also contribute to cost saving and greater awareness of good quality and productivity. These programs will be a contribution to the Government’s initiatives.
Curriculum designers of universities of Nepal should redesign the contents accordingly.
